A.S. 98 – The footwear and accessories label A.S.98 was founded in the 80s by designer Piero Oliosi and his son Cristian. AA DE AMAYA ARZUAGA – Aa De Amaya Arzuaga is the namesake brand from Spanish designer Amaya Arzuaga. After studying fashion design at the Technical University of Madrid, Arzuaga graduated in 1992 and launched her line of contemporary and elegant womenswear clothing. With more than 200 boutiques in Spain and collections sold regularly at international fairs such as London Fashion Week, Aa De Amaya Arzuaga designs has become globally recognized for their delicate and refined aesthetic. AAKS – AAKS was founded by Akosua Afriyie-Kumi. Having graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Fashion, Ghanaian-native Akosua gained a broad knowledge of the industry working for a number of brands. Drawing on this experience, she went on to found her own accessories label to introduce the world to traditional Ghanaian weaving techniques and to create sustainable jobs in Africa. AAKS’ design philosophy is based around craftsmanship, authenticity and ethical values. Its unique range of bags has caught the eye of the international press including Vogue, Elle Decoration and Elle. AAKS was founded by Akosua Afriyie-Kumi with the goal of introducing the world to her favorite weaving techniques done by the women of Ghana while also creating and igniting sustainable jobs within Africa. Handcrafted in Ghana, AAKS creates bags in styles that maintain the spirit and durability of their ancestral counterparts characterized by bright exuberant colors. AALTO – Under the creative direction of designer Tuomas Merikoski, progressive label AALTO is from Scandinavia but based in Paris. Taking a contemporary approach to design, its collections are masculine with unusual proportions, are infused with subtle elegance and made with comfort in mind. With essentials at the foundation of its range, AALTO draws inspiration from youth culture. Raw but relaxed, everything from day dresses to two-piece looks and high-waist pants to button-down shirts texture. AALTO is a Finnish womenswear brand based in Paris that proposes a sophisticated wardrobe with a non-conformist attitude. It was born from the curiosity to explore the constant rivalry between the raw and the elegant. Designer Tuomas Merikoski merges the honest and raw essence of the Finnish youth with French refinement. Founded in 2014, AALTO produces a precollection and a main collection each season and holds two fashion shows as part of the official schedule of Paris Fashion Week.
