NET-A-PORTER BRANDS

❤ YVES SALOMON – Behind the company and the brand, there is a man and an artist inspired by the world of fur. Heir to a long line of furriers and a house built in the 1920s in Paris, founder and original designer, Gregory Salomon, worked diligently to create alluring fashion drawings and collections. With ancestral knowledge, consistent quality skins and perfect control of all stages from creation to production in the workshops of the 10th arrondissement of Paris, Yves Salomon participates fully in the revival of fur that seduces fashionistas.
YVONNE S – Former model Yvonne Sporre was a consultant for Balenciaga, Missoni and Loewe before launching Yvonne S in 2009. Inspired by her relaxed lifestyle in Ibiza, the bohemian collections feature beautiful hand-drawn prints and ethically-sourced fabrics that translate seamlessly from the beach to the city.
YVONNE LÉON – Parisian jewelry designer Yvonne Léon trawls flea markets and museums for inspiration, but interprets her finds with a modern twist. Her signature ear jackets are handcrafted from 18-karat gold and inlaid with a row of precious stones that curve elegantly below the lobe.
YVES SAINT LAURENT BEAUTY – Yves Saint Laurent Beauty embodies the look of one of the most influential designers of all time. Bold, daring, audacious and seductive, each product celebrates the individuality of its wearer. Expect cutting-edge color from the must-have Glossy Stain range and flawlessly radiant coverage from our hero pick, Touche Éclat.
YUZEFI – A cult sensation on Instagram, Yuzefi was founded in 2015 by Naza Yousefi, who describes her handcrafted bags as experimental, modernist and unusual. She works directly with leather rather than creating extensive sketches, explaining “I try to make something unique that I feel passionate and strongly about, with the hope that it will speak to the like-minded people in search of something new.”
YEAH RIGHT NYC KIDS – Yeah Right NYC Kids has teamed up with us to create a collection of its coveted T-shirts in miniature sizes for your little one. The brand takes inspiration from stick and poke tattoos (similar to the stick figures your tot draws) and hand-stitches them onto T-shirts. We think she’ll like the ‘Good as Gold’ tee in our edit.
YNIQ – Skiing and boarding are the core DNA of eyewear brand YNIQ. Robust and innovative without compromising on style, their signature goggles – consisting of 20 specially designed components manufactured and assembled in Italy – give wearers the clearest, broadest vision available on the snow sports market.
YEPREM – Founded in Beirut by Yeprem Chakardemian and now under the helm of his son Loutfic, YEPREM marries creativity and refinement by settling traditional white diamonds in experimental shapes. Each piece is sculpted to mirror the curves of our body and be “a dramatic extension of a woman’s beauty.” We love the signature “Claw” hand bracelet. YEPREM has been crafting beautiful bracelets since the early ‘60s, when the founder inherited one from his mother. Designed to wrap elegantly around the wrist and extend up to your ring finger, this piece is hand-cast from 18-karat white and yellow gold and illuminated by glimmering diamonds. It would make such a beautiful anniversary or birthday gift. When it comes to dressing for the red carpet, YEPREM’s exquisite fine jewelry is a favorite of celebrities including Rihanna and Beyonce. These earrings are hand-cast from 18-karat white and rose gold and encrusted with diamonds placed to create dainty flowers. Showcase the cool tear-drop shaped disc with swept-up hair.
YEARS OF OURS – Years of Ours is female-owned and operated, so the Los Angeles-based label understands that today’s women have unique and ever-changing lifestyles –that’s why the brand is on a mission to creative active wear that flatters, supports and keeps you comfortable. Inspired by sporty ‘90s styles and retro cycling apparel, each piece is ethically made using high-tech materials. Expect coordinating sets, sculpting fabrics and lace-up details. Years of Ours’ designs are made with innovative fabrics that perform well and keep you comfortable during your rigorous workouts. These “Yos” leggings are cut from breathable stretch fabric, in a fresh-neon-yellow hue and have a wide, high-rise waistband that smoothes and supports the core. Wear them with the matching “Cross” bra.
YEAH RIGHT NYC – Yeah Right NYC was founded during the summer of 2015 after a group of friends turned a series of jokes into sayings they embroidered onto their clothes. Inspired by stick and poke tattoos, each Italian-made T-shirt is hand-stitched with playful references and symbols. Expect palm trees, smiley faces and the phrase “Wish You Were Here.” Every one of YEAH RIGHT NYC’s pieces has been hand-embroidered in the brand’s Italian studio – this hoodie playfully reads “Model And DJ” in the style of a stick-and-poke tattoo. Made from a cozy organic cotton-blend it has a relaxed fit with cuffed hems and sleeves. The tonal-gray shade means you can slip it on over almost anything.
YASMINE ESLAMI – “Lingerie is the first thing you put on and the last thing you take off” explains Paris-based designer ands stylist Yasmine Eslami. Her eponymous collection focuses on comfortable, lightweight pieces that enhance your natural shape. Don’t miss the new “Jeanne” line – the bras and briefs are made from the finest German tulle for a comfortable, barely-there feel. Yasmine Eslami doesn’t put together a moodboard like many designers do when creating each collection – instead, she gets inspiration from books and exhibitions she visits in Paris. Yasmine Eslami wants women of all sizes to feel confident in her lingerie – this underwired “Serena” bra is designed for those with larger cup sizes. Yasmine Eslami’s lingerie is made using only the finest fabrics, so even her everyday designs feel special to wear. Yasmine spent ten years at Vivienne Westwood before launching her lingerie line – it was there that she learned the art of corsetry and shaping fabrics to flatter a woman’s figure.
